1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Intimacy Development Solutions ("IDS," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

IDS provides relationship and intimacy coaching services, including but not limited to individual and couples coaching, private evaluations, pharmacology consultations, relational dissolution support, attachment work, and educational workshops. Our services are educational and developmental in nature.

Important: IDS does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Our services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or psychiatric evaluation.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Communicate openly about your needs, concerns, and progress
• Take responsibility for implementing coaching strategies and recommendations
• Notify IDS immediately if you experience any mental health crisis or emergency

4. Confidentiality

IDS maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, communications, and records. Information will only be disclosed with your written consent or as required by law. However, we may be required to break confidentiality in cases involving:

• Imminent danger to self or others
• Suspected child or elder abuse
• Court orders or legal requirements

5. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

IDS and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with appropriate notice. IDS reserves the right to terminate services if the client is not suitable for coaching or violates these terms.
